Personal Injury/RTA - Pre Lit File Handler (KL)
The Pre-Litigation File Handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) personal injury claims at the pre-litigation stage. You will handle claims from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring timely progression and delivering high-quality legal advice and support to clients.

Legal Experience:
- Proven experience handling personal injury claims, particularly RTA claims, in a pre-litigation context.
- Familiarity with the MOJ Portal process and RTA Pre-Action Protocol.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and support to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Case Management Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of case handling.

IT Proficiency:
- Familiarity with case management systems and legal software for handling personal injury claims.
Qualifications:
- A legal qualification (LLB, CILEx, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential, provided the candidate has experience in pre-litigated personal injury claims.
- Prior experience handling Road Traffic Accident claims is highly preferred.
