Immigration Solicitor

  • Advising clients on all aspects of immigration law, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and human rights cases.
  • Handling complex immigration matters, including family reunion, deportation, detention, and judicial reviews.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in immigration legislation and policies.
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents to relevant authorities.
  • Representing clients at immigration tribunals, hearings, and court proceedings.
  • Providing excellent client care and managing client expectations throughout the immigration process.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
  • Extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding clients' rights.
