We have an opportunities for a RTA & ID Fee Earner both a Junior & Senior, friendly practice based in Blackburn.
You must have experience of managing your own volume caseload of claimant MOJ portal/RTA personal injury files. You will have excellent communication skills, good time management and organisational skills and you will have experience of working with a case management system.
You will have experience of dealing with liability and quantum whilst also being familiar with the CPR and the personal injury pre-action protocol.The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own caseload of 150+ files and will need to hit the ground running..
Requirements
Handling RTA, OL, PL files from inception to conclusion in portal.
Obtain/Review Medical/Engineer Evidence
Review And Draft Documents
Correspond with 3rd parties
Settlement negotiations
Knowledge and Experience of the Portal
A good understanding of RTA, processes and liability
IT skills and Organisational skills are key.
Knowledge and experience of Credit Hire
Minimum 6 to 12 Months Experience
Pre Litigation Experience
