Key Responsibilities:
Department Growth and Innovation:
o Develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding the department, focusing
on new business generation and cross-border cases.
o Leverage technology and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and
improve client service delivery.
o Act as a thought leader within the firm, championing advancements in legal
tech and client care practices.
Client and Case Management:
o Provide top-tier legal advice in high-value, complex contested probate cases,
including those with international dimensions.
o Utilise your existing client following to enhance the firm’s client portfolio and
revenue streams.
o Maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction through exceptional
communication and service.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
o Lead, supervise, and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative
and forward-thinking environment.
o Drive team productivity through effective delegation, feedback, and
professional development initiatives.
o Manage the department’s resources and ensure high standards in legal

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of PQE in contentious probate.
Proven client following with a history of generating and sustaining new business.
Experience in cross-border and international probate matters.
