Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Handle a caseload of industrial deafness claims, including assessment, strategy development, and preparation for court or settlement.
Conduct thorough investigations into clients' work histories, noise exposure, and medical backgrounds to build robust cases.
Review medical reports, workplace assessments, and client statements to substantiate claims.
Client Support and Representation
Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering clear, empathetic, and professional guidance throughout the claims process.
Provide regular updates to clients on case progress, explaining legal terms and procedures in an accessible manner.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or defense solicitors, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Legal Research and Documentation
Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding workplace noise and industrial deafness claims.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, such as claim forms, witness statements, and pleadings.

Qualifications and Skills
Education and Certification
