Conveyancing Solicitor (3 Years PQE) (ADS)
A Conveyancing Solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) will be responsible for managing and completing a full range of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to post-completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential and commercial conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion and registration.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the transaction process. Respond promptly to client queries.
- Review title documents and draft or review legal documents, including sale contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including searches, investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, surveyors, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks in the conveyancing process, including title issues or boundary disputes.
- Ensure that all files comply with relevant conveyancing laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with efficiency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal document management systems.
Salary: Competitive- will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and interview performance.
