Sales Executive

My Client a leading supplier of office olutions within the North West are looking for an expereinced sales executive within the office supply sector mainly photocopiers/printers. 

 

The Role

Accountable for the delivery of company sales revenue targets, through the management of field and telephone sales teams.

Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions.

Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.

Oversee company’s sales performance at regional levels.

Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.

Manage, develop and coach the field sales team and in house sales team.

Strategic input to product development.

Accountable for delivering a personal sales revenue target.

Account manage high value customers and compile and analyse sales figures and providing feedback and reports to internal and external stakeholders and Senior Management Team.

 

The Ideal Candidate

At least 2-3 years' experience in sales specialising in printers and photocopiers.

Ability to solve own problems independently as they arise and can prioritise own workload effectively and efficiently.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Ability to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Good business sense.

Initiative and enthusiasm.

Excellent communication and 'people skills'.

Good planning and organisational skills.

The ability to work calmly under pressure.
