£16,000 - £18,000 Starting salary (Based on experience)
On target earnings of up to £30,000+ dependent on performance.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our Bolton office. The purpose of this role is to book appointments with consumers for a FREE PENSION REVIEW.
This role is suited for candidates with selling experience over the phone, preferably in Pensions. The successful candidate will be of a strong sales background and the drive to hit the ground running. We are especially eager to speak to applicants that have a minimum of 12months experience in pension lead generation. Or in the PPI, Life Insurance or Accident and Injury Claims fields. Please note only candidates with the required experience will be considered.
As a Sales/Customer Service Consultant, it will be your responsibility to liaise with a broad range of customers on a daily basis, ensuring all calls are handled in a calm and professional manner, and all appointments are accurately booked on to a portal. Strong organisation skills are vital as you will be responsible for managing your own diary and call backs.

Key responsibilities include:
·Having a basic knowledge of the pension industry
·Contributing to the delivery of the team's targets by introducing the company's regulated products and services to new and existing customers.
·Delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst ensuring that process requirements and standards are met at all times.
·Achieving or exceeding benchmark targets to increase earning potential
Key Skills, Behaviours & Experience required for this role:
·Minimum experience within the last 12-18 months in generating Pension Letter of Authorities within a telephone based sales role, or PPI, Life Insurance, Accident and Injury Claims.
·Experience in OUTBOUND Telesales/Telemarketing
·Able to ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions to obtain facts about the clients Pension
·Exceptional objection handling and Customer Service skills
·Continually meet the objectives and targets set
·Exceptional attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong focus on the delivery of business results
·Good organisational and planning skill
·Hours: Monday – Thursday 11 AM – 7 PM Hours: Friday – 10 AM – 6 PM
