Admin/Receptionist
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to join a our growing manufacturing & retail company based in Blackburn.
We are looking for a professional, and reliable receptionist/ administrator You will be the first point of contact on the front desk to greet clients and suppliers on a daily basis and should be proficient in professionally dealing with members of the public, face-to-face and on the telephone or via email.
This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the business. Duties to Include meeting and greeting visitors but also carrying out a wide range of receptionist duties. Maintaining the reception area Although you'll be working as part of a team, at times you will be managing reception on your own, therefore you must be well-organised and use initiative.
Good IT skills and previous experience is essential for this role.
