Commercial Property Solicitor (WHN)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Blackburn office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong understanding of the commercial property market. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality property transactions and provide expert legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
• Provide legal advice on complex property transactions and associated legal issues.
• Negotiate and draft property contracts, leases, and other relevant documentation.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and external legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and planning permissions.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide support to senior solicitors as required and supervise junior staff where necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, and acquisitions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
